As mentioned in the previous posting, all motel rates have been increased by $10 for all bookings within the months of May, June, July, August and September of 2012.

Starting May 1st, 2012 and continuing until October 1st, 2012, the Monarch Motel rates will be increasing by $10.

One Bed (1 Queen)

• Weekdays (Sun-Thurs): $50.00 per night
• Weekends (Fri & Sat): $60.00 per night
• Holidays (day before, day of, day after): $70.00 per nigh

Two  Bed (1 Queen + 1 Full)

• Weekdays (Sun-Thurs): $60.00 per night
• Weekends (Fri & Sat): $70.00 per night
• Holidays (day before, day of, day after): $80.00 per night

These price changes DO NOT EFFECT reservations already on file for any dates from May 1st to October 1st, nor are they in effect for any reservations made before May 1st that is for nights within the Summer season.

Example: if you book a 2-bed room for the nights of June 1st and 2nd (Fri & Sat), and the booking is made BEFORE May 1st, you get the room for the non-increased rate of $60 per night ($120 total) rather than $70 per night ($140 total).
